We want you to love SpeakKhmer. If you don't, we'll make it right.
7-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase. If SpeakKhmer isn't working for you within 7 days of your first subscription payment, email us at hello@speakkhmer.app and we'll refund you in full. No questions, no hoops, no retention call.
How the Guarantee Works
- Applies to your first SpeakKhmer subscription purchase (Plus or Pro, monthly or annual)
- You have 7 days from the date of your first payment to request a refund
- Email hello@speakkhmer.app from the email address on your account
- We process refunds within 5 business days to your original payment method
- Once refunded, your subscription is canceled and your account returns to the free Explorer tier
After the 7-Day Window
After the 7-day guarantee period, SpeakKhmer subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the current billing period. However:
- You can cancel anytime from your account settings
- When you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current paid period
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
- We never auto-renew without clear notice on your dashboard
Annual Plans
Annual plans also qualify for the 7-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase. After 7 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but you keep access to Plus or Pro for the full year you paid for.
Billing Errors
If you were charged incorrectly, charged twice, or charged after cancellation, email hello@speakkhmer.app immediately. We will investigate and refund any billing errors in full.
Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please email us first — we will almost always resolve refund requests faster than a chargeback and it saves everyone time. Chargebacks typically result in account suspension while we investigate.
